@hamilton,
I agree in here, although I am just presenting my opinion...it could be said that there is no "end" but "ends" instead, and that such in itself points to change in permanence...better said, to a circular loop in existence...

@Fil Albuquerque,
i dont think an end exists on the basis of infinity, that time will never stop, that energy will never cease to exist, that something new will alway's come up.

@Fil Albuquerque,
wait, in the DOES NOTHING EXIST thread, which side were you on. were you for the existence of nothing, then you would agree that there would be an end at the same time that there is nothing.

@hamilton,
..."end" means the transition from one state of affairs to the next one and not the transition towards nothingness...its a loop...nothingness it is nothing, meaning there is no nothingness...

@Fil Albuquerque,
but at the "end" of the loop, then wouldn't there just be no change?

@hamilton,
...you mean, if there is a finite amount of changes after while it will all repeat ?
yes I think so...infinity makes no sense if not out of finity...both concepts are mutually dependent !

@Fil Albuquerque,
in fact, i don't believe that infinity CAN exist, all because of the law of conservation. Even if we made the biggest possible number, using as much matter as possible in the universe, then infinity would still be infinitely higher.

@hamilton,
...infinity exists for instance in a circle...it is a loop ! what you don´t have is infinite diversity...that would render the world chaotic...everything would be transcendent to everything else...

@hamilton,
of course, for some reason, the mass of LIGHT IS infinite.

@Fil Albuquerque,
so if something has no mass, how can it exist?

@hamilton,
...just like energy and functions do exist or bosons...also you have to think in mass in relativistic terms...from whom´s point of view ?

@Fil Albuquerque,
like motion?

I did well in physics last year, but that was an introductory course! this is a bit beyond me!
