science fair project...need assistance!!

ok, so im thinking of a science project along the lines of this" do different video games affect a persons reflexes(or reaction time)? how wuold i test that?

Once you have a test for reaction time:

1) find baseline reaction time
2) Play video game.
2) test if reaction time differs from baseline

Don't forget to have a control group.
