my husband was fired from his job over a hair follicle test we proved inocent and even won unemployment hearing the company who fired him didnt even have the results of tests we got a lawyer and he strung us along saying was working on case was going to give progress reports we even asked him was he going to drop the case at last minute so my husband couldnt get another lawyer and boom we recive a letter saying files were misplaced but we been trrying to get ahold of him for months and kept giving us the run around thru emails what do we do now ?

Contact your local Bar Association and tell them what you typed here, and provide to them any documentation you've got. It is the Bar Association's job to investigate claims just like this.
If you give them a written report, please put puncuation in the letter!
It was very difficult to read all run together like that . . .
Be sure to include names and dates.
