Hi all. My son and I were just talking about the climates in different parts of the world and we got on the subject of Australia.
Can all you awesome Australians out there lend us an educational hand by telling us what the temperatures are like right now in your part of the world.
Thanks a million.
since nobody asked about guam, i'll tell you anyway. it's 85 degrees right now at 11:07 on friday morning. winds are about 12 mph and the low for tonight is expected to be 72.
Hey Pueo. Thanks. Since we were talking about world climate, Guam helps too ;-) It's freaking freezing over here. They have warning to people going outside to bundle up because any exposed skin can freeze instantly. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In case anyone is wondering, it's -10 here and that's without the wind.
Ah Queensland,
Stinking hot and humid one day,
Pissing down with rain the next.
Bureau of Meteorology Site.
ahhhh BEAUTIFUL in melbourne, 29, not a cloud in the sky, slight breaze. don't forget to slip slop slap people
Adelaide unseasonally cool - 25 C max - that is about 77 F.
Often at this time of year, temperatures would peak between 80 to 105 in your degrees.
Very interesting. Thanks guys :-)
These few days I have had multiple occasions to post the following link.

Warm to hot, humid - sticky. Gotta crank up the oven in a minute, go figure.

( you trying to make yourself, and the rest of North America, miserable...? )
LOL, no, but it sure does make me jealous right now. I'm sitting here with 2 thick pairs of socks and a thick pair of slippers and my darn feet are still cold.
It's 11.06 pm, and I just got home from the club. It's easily warm enough to go for a walk shirtless, even though it's been raining. Quite warm in here.
You should have been in Europe last July/August!

(Australian heat may be stable for a while.)
Jet Stream .. Northern Hemisphere

(Probably somewhat warmer air is yet to arrive at Northeast.)

Heard about it, but what you call a heat wave, we call normal!
