what is the name of an italian movie set in a cinema house where someone in the audience gets shot by one of the cowboy characters on the screeen

I do not know the name of the Italian movie. Many movies have made reference to the landmark 1903 silent film called "The Great Train Robbery." At the end of the movie a cowboy shoots directly at the camera, giving the illusion that he is shooting at the movie's audience. The Italian film you are looking for was probably inspired by the classic 1903 silent film.
