in sports-casting i've heard the term (flee Flicker) Information please?
welcome to A2K, john treanor. Sports is a rather neglected category here, especially after the Green Bay Packers lost (sigh).
Flea-flicker refers to a a football play, of course. The quarterback hands or throws the ball to another player, thereby convincing the defense (presumably) that the play will move downfield from there. Instead the ball is thrown back to the QB who is then (in theory) able to complete a pass
to another player for a good gain. A lot has to go right for this to ever work. -rjb-
Nice job realjohnboy.....Alot of people think that the flea flicker is when the QB pitches to a HB, and the HB passes, but that is a HalfBack Pass, not Flea Flicker.
Thanks for the info but i was hoping for more info on its origon i'v heard it was in one of the Egyptian tombs
