I just heard Disney is closing their Florida animation studios.
I think the problem has been weak stories and recycled ideas
not the animation. I am looking forward to seeing "Teacher's Pet".
I liked the T.V. series. Also if you are into animation check out
Jerry Beck's Cartoon Research (www.cartoonresearch.com)
sorry, I haven't a clue how to do links. I've just bearly mastered
Google.
THANKS

There is a brand new 2d animation out that has rave reviews. It's the The Triplets of Belleville.

There is still a LOT of 2D stuff coming out of Japan.
Pixar are now looking at getting into 2D.
Not dead yet, not by a long shot.

Some of my favorite films are 2d. I would hate to see them fade.
