What is your understanding of these two words:
Self Incriminate
I would say it's the act of producing evidence of one's own involvement in a criminal action. ??????
fishin' I think that you're right in a technical sense.But the expression is used in a more colloquial way. I think that if a person does anything "unacceptable", and then points the way so that people find out about the unacceptable behavior, that too would be considered, "self incrimination"!
Yielding evidence of oneself in the regard of unfavorable terms/conditions/behaviors is how I would personally define the term, however as above have stated..in what way is that being persued? A more finite definition based on that could cause it to be reflected upon differently.
