@ossobuco,
Oops, I forgot Marco is a nurse. I'll be quiet now!

@ossobuco,
His daddy said there’s a bad flu going around and he has seen quite a few patients with chest infections and if not properly treated can turn into bronchitis.

He hasn’t had a fever just sore throat and a cough. I picked up a prescription cough medicine for him today. He spent the entire day in bed and we made sure he had plenty of juice all day. He’s feeling better this evening but he’s staying home tomorrow.

@jcboy,
And our little man is still feeling a bit gosling this evening but a little better then yesterday. I'll be working from home again tomorrow and taking care of him.

@jcboy,
Glad Antonio is a little better. Glad he has such a good daddy to stay home and take care of him. Gosling? Is this kid a person or a goose?

My kvetch for the day: Didn't feel well enough to go to the hospital. That sounds strange, but that's me for ya.

@Roberta,
The sun is out today, the temp. somewhere above 75 F. and I have the most miserable head-cold I've had in years. Sneezing, raspy throat, stuffed sinuses, you name it. Did I mention dripping nose? It's making a mess on my keyboard.

@Roberta,
hahaha, I thought I remembered my mom using the gosling slang when I was a kid and not feeling well Smile

Andy, Feel better. You're not supposed to be sick in Hawaii.

JC, Never heard the gosling slang before. I'm just gonna assume that Antonio is human. I hope he's feeling better.

My kvetch for the day. My top front tooth broke off. Yes, I will have to walk around looking like some backwoods type until I can see a dentist. Sigh.

I saved the tooth. I have a very strong feeling that the tooth fairy will not show up. The tooth fairy bore a remarkable resemblance to my father. In fact, I think it was my father, who is no longer among us.

No more tooth fairy. No more Santa Claus. What's this world coming to?

@Roberta,
this would be an ideal time for you to visit Kansas, B.

as long as you just smiled and dint speak, you would be taken for a local...

@Rockhead,
Ditto in Hawaii. Half the local people walking around have scarcely any teeth. Even young women in their 20s and 30s. I can't figure it out. I know there're dentists here, even dental clinics.

Me, I'm at that age where I don't worry about it any more. Me and my teeth haven't slept together in years.

Fluoride?
Or lack of?

@msolga,
Prob'ly lack of. But my point is, is it's easy to fix with a partial denture. Why don't they take advantage of the miracles of modern dentistry?

So you're all fretting about Hawaiians with no teeth. Okey dokey.

I'm agitated about the TOOTH FAIRY. Where are your priorities?

Also not thrilled about walking around toothless.

@Roberta,
Oh sorry, Roberta.
I didn't see your post just above Andrew's before I posted.
Aw you poor thing. Losing part of a tooth (& a front one at that!) would be a very distressing experience.
I hope a visit to the dentist to remedy the situation is possible very soon!

But I thought that's what Andrew was kvetching about, Roberta!
It seemed a rather unusual reason to kvetch, but I thought he must have had his reasons. Wink

@Roberta,
Hey Roberta!

You broke your tooth? How did that happen? Did it hurt? Sad
