I don't know ASP well, but what you are asking for is an amount of work that you'd probably have to pay for.

To do that from scratch would take hundreds of man hours. You won't get that for free.

So I suggest open source projects. ASP has fewer of these projects than PHP so you might have to buckle down and pay for the code.

If you are a bit more specific about what you want I can tell you if I know of any programs that can handle it. But no promises, ASP is not my cup of tea.
