Subversion of the Constitutionally guaranteed freedom of the individual. DOJ is front and center in the turning of America into a police state. Not only must Holder be humiliated but we must also make sure our next president feels bound by that particular document, unlike the current chair holder.

I dont see anything wrong with the IRS checking these organizations in order to make sure they arnt misuseing their tax exempt status to back politicians which I know most of them are doing. They should lose their tax exempt status. I hope this bites all you conservatives on the ass. How many of you were ready to kick some churches down the road when it was thought they were backing certain politicians.

Let's say for the sake of discussion that when Obamacare is fully implemented next year all the Tea Party GOP whiners who classify uninsured people as sponges have to suffer as a result of it. That's a wonderful bonus.
