Hi,
I hate law because everything is so hard and ridiculous but I would like to know where my marriage contract is located. I married in Canada but we started living together in a community state for about 5 years then we moved to another state for another 2 and then finally for the last year, we lived in a common law state. Which state is my marital contract located?

I think you get divorced where you are living...

From what I know, where you got your marriage license and where you got married is the usually location of your marriage contract. Unless you have very different laws in Canada. Consult your lawyer?

Come to Arizona and live here for 90 days and you can get divorced here.
