Al Sharpton's opinion in no way influences the content or meaning of that statement, and neither does typing it in all caps (the Internet equivalent of YELLING!!!)

If you analyze the statement you quoted, there is nothing in it about race whatsoever. Of course, sentences are usually spoken in context. Do you have access to the context in which it was spoken? The actual conversation? That might have some racial content. But as it is, that single sentence has no racial content.

Furthermore, why single out white people for being racist? I can't think of a single race of humans that isn't racist. I've been living in S. Korea for 15 years, and have lived in Central America and Southeast Asia. I grew up in the American South. Racists everywhere. Not just whites.

I suppose you think they way they treated that little black girl in Florida was correct- the one who was on the news a few years ago for attacking her teachers with a chair and put under police supervision, instead of giving medication like she they should have done. You know DARN WELL if that had been a WHITE kid they would have given her some kind of medication to calm her down.

Unfortately when WHITES do SOMETHING TO BLACKS IN THE US a lot of the time WHITES don't want to admit when they are WRONG.

Ask a group of blacks about something that happens in the news and ask a group of whites about it- you'll more than likely get TWO different sets of answers.

Remember that old black college professor who came home from a trip to China only to be harassed by the cops? One of the cops was SUPPOSED to have had sensitivity training. THOSE PEOPLE who lived around him KNEW who he was- PEOPLE KNOW HE IS A WORLD-RENOUN COLLEGE PROFESSOR. THAT woman who called the cops on him called on him to be nasty.

If you are a BLACK MAN or PERSON OF COLOR and you go move into a WHITE NEIGHBORHOOD, AND YOU ARE THE ONLY BLACK OR PEROSN OF COLOR IN THAT TOWN, EVERYONE IN TOWN KNOWS WHO YOU ARE.

Just repeating your biased opinion over and over and typing in caps is not logical support for your claim. There's nothing in the sentence referencing race. Now, if he'd said "boy" instead of "man", you'd have a legitimate beef. As it is, you're just hurting your case by being so irrational.

Think and read carefully. I'm not saying Clinton and the Bushs' aren't racist. I'm only saying that the sentence you quoted has nothing inherently racist in it. If you don't have any evidence, you have only opinion, ie, preferred belief. So what? Everybody's got one, but rational people are careful to distinguish between facts and opinions. Do you have anything substantial with which to support your claim?

THAT DOESN'T INCLUDE YELLING IN ALL CAPS, BY THE WAY.

Judge Mathis said once there appear to be two seperate sets of rules for blacks and whites in this country. If a black person does a heinous crime he gets put away for a long time, if a white person commeits the same crime, he gets put away for a short period of time and basically a slap on thw wrist.
THAT IS NOT RIGHT OR FAIR BY ANY MEANS.

The point that you were making earlier, and the one you're avoiding now, is that Clinton's statement revealed racism. You, sir, don't seem capable of admitting when you are wrong, based on the evidence you have provided in this thread.

I don't deny that what you say about white people above is true. I'm just not sure why it's relevant, seeing as how the same is true for every other race.
