It seems to me:

You meant breths = [breθs] ;

And breethz = [breðz] .

I'm not sure.

@oristarA,
oristar, the problem is, I think, that hardly anybody knows what those weird phonetic representations mean. Where di you find them? Why don't you ask the question in ordinary English? What do you wish to know? How the final 's' of breaths (the plural of the noun breath) is pronounced? Is that your question? If so, the answer is with a soft s like the s in sorry, sad, sun, seven, etc. Or the final ss in hiss.

@Joe Nation,
Thank you, Joe Nation. Those have always been mysteries to me and I have never cared enough to investigate.
I still don't care, but I'll save this link from this post of yours as a place to check:

O... I only asked how to pronounce breaths , not breths or breethz.

Let's directly confirm or deny this:

breaths = [breðz] ?

@oristarA,
oristarA do you know that you can use merriam-webster.com and wiktionary.org to listen to audio pronunciation of words?

Doesn't always help with plurals etc, but just wanted to recommend them in case you didn't know of them.

No pronunciation there for breaths!

Only for breath.

@oristarA,
That's why I mentioned it wasn't useful for plurals, just wanted to make sure you knew about those resources in case you didn't because when I used to teach English in Brazil my students found them very useful in other situations.

In any case, the wiktionary resource gives you IPA pronunciation (if not audio) for breaths: /brɛθs/
