oristar, the problem is, I think, that hardly anybody knows what those weird phonetic representations mean. Where di you find them? Why don't you ask the question in ordinary English? What do you wish to know? How the final 's' of breaths (the plural of the noun breath) is pronounced? Is that your question? If so, the answer is with a soft s like the s in sorry, sad, sun, seven, etc. Or the final ss in hiss.
