Crack the Code - Solve a Murder?

The FBI has asked the public to crack a code they cannot. Two notes found in the murder victim's pocket could shed light on who or why he was killed.

OHHHH interesting.

I love codes but I'm sure that if the FBI can't crack it I won't be able to.
