I was wondering if anyone knows the legalities of online gambling sites. I think it would be fun to try as a business, if it is legal. I live in New York. I know that Nevada has legal gambling, but I don't think it is legal in New York. But when you put up a website, does it matter where you are? Would you have to have an internet service provider in Nevada? Would you have to set up a P.O. box for your business in Nevada?
Just curious.
Honestly, i wouldnt think so.
AOL is world wide for example as most ISP's are, or can be.
They cant police that much
even though they try..
