What movie prob in the early nineties had a bunch of women talking all night?

There is one actress we were trying to remember that was in that movie. At the end of the show she walks out to the moonlit pool where the lesbian of the group is there after being dumped. And they end up in a passion kiss. The actress also had another show around the same time where she was pregnant and it was pretty much her and her pregnancy on a set. It was kind of quirky. might have been on HBO or Fox.
