my fiancee was dateraped by someone i know in our house in our bed,during a ten week seperation.she kept it from me for 7 mths then kindly told me during an arguement on her b.day after she,d been drinking.28th dec.i i am crushed.ino she was spiked and resisted to start with but then remembers flashbacks of initiating sex during her drugged state.was this rape?

Are you saying your fiancee is claiming that SHE inititated sex in her bed, but now thinks it might be date rape?

PS If you two were separated during this time, why are you talking about what each of you were doing? WHY did she tell you? sounds like she wanted to make you mad.
