Interesting footnote Moses broke the no kill commandment on a large scale right after bringing it off the mountain top.

You're either taking the Bible too literally or misinterpreting Scripture. The Bible says, "Do not lay with man as with woman it's an abomination", but we are supposed to pray for them. One of the Ten Commandments is, "Thou shall not kill."
