I just compelted a M.Ed. in Family Studies as well as my training to be a family mediator. I have a great interest in working with elderly and their families. As I start creating my business and deciding what services to offer, I would like to know what are the greatest needs that you need met? How could you utilize a conflict expert? Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

Well, to have a "Personal Coach" is really 'in" now.

Family Coaches would be an ideal resource. Family members could call the coach if and when the need arises. Sometimes it takes another voice to make the discussion go better.

Also - "re-framing" is "in.' Teaching families to re-frame their comments, to eliminate blame, boasting, minimizing and maximizing could be helpful.
