Since I can't afford to sit within a quarter mile of the court, I've gotta agree with you.

Courtside seats (or something close) is the absolute bomb.

Spring for them once in your life.

Down there, you can hear the sneakers squeaking, the trash talking...

Nothing like it, although ESPN's coverage is very good.

I'm a big Rockets fan (we're going to see them play the Sixers-without-an-Answer on New Year's Eve).

There was guy from China who had a thread on Yao...koolplay, you out there?

LeBron's been very good -- great, even; 'Melo's been good, but so far Zach Randolph of the Trail Felons has been the rookie who has most exceeded expectations.

Except that he's not a rookie. He was already having legal problems with the Blazers (who'dathunk that the name was so appropriate) last year.

Wow, it's actually his third season in the league. He came so out of nowhere I just thought he was a rookie.

LeBron it is, then.

My Rockets traded for Clarence Weatherspoon today. They needed a forward, and got a good one for nothing.

Yeah, the Blazer's like to bury young talent on the bench, let it get really pissed off about being overlooked, and then throw it in the spotlight when it starts to think the world owes it something.

Just awaiting the return of Webber to the Kings. Miller's been huge.

Why does an All-Star like Stephon Marbury get traded all the time?

I thought there were bigger head cases in the NBA, but I suppose I could be wrong...

Hey Mr. E:

Your Warriors are having a reasonably good first half.

Or are you a Kings fan?

The Nets are being sold and may be moving from Jersey to Brooklyn.

So they fired Byron Scott.

This seems a little bit odd to me.
