Did you go to the Payroll Department and ask?

If I understand your question correctly, you are saying that you are receiving the salary but haven't been paid the daily allowance for the specified time periods.

If this is correct, there are a few questions that need answering.

1. Do they require expense reports for the daily allowance remittance?

2. If so, have you submitted them?

3. Have you contacted the human resources or payroll department to inquire as to the daily allowance payments?

I can explain no issue regarding salary, But the problem is regarding Daily allowance , No need to submit document for DA. Per day 500/- they need to pay but they are not giving DA from oct 2010 to till now.

They not paid DA for 8months(April2010 and July2009 -Nov2009 )
Total 1,20,000/- pending and i asked HR dept regarding pending DA , they are saying when they have money they will give , It may take 3 months or more but i cant wait.
How can i get my DA?
I tried all the ways but no use,only way is legal action and they are not giving payslips also.
How can i approach legally?
