what is the muscle of the upper arm , associated with and is it invlountary, or vlountary ?

That depends. If you are talking about gravity and the speed of light, it's pretty much involuntary. But, if you're talking about cellular gas exchange, biology 101, or coal fired power plants, it's more voluntary.
