For the purposes of improving communication within a large group, would it be possible/helpful to develop a set of preferred words, syntax and grammar based on a large set of the group's written communication?
By "improving communication" I'm referring to increasing readability and clarity.
Is there any literature on anything like this? How would one get started?
For Group size I'm thinking of something like a large corporation or government department.
