A meadow of purple flowers
The wind blows
I sit and gaze for hours
To see what shows
Purple peddles float by
Like an ocean they rise and fall
One flower caught my eye
It is strong, solitary and stands tall
The purple flowers lean on one another
The white flower leans on none
It has the grace and elegance of a mother
An example of how God's work is done
The sun stands tall in the sky
Like the flower it shines bright and brilliant
Without the flower the sun would die
Yet the sun keeps the flower resiliant
