Under Client Side(B16), this is where I would input the name of a RETS recruiter. However, the name of a recruiter on the client side(B16) may or may not be on the candidate side(B22). If you put the name of a recruiter under client(B16) side, then that name should flow down to the bottom under summary(B28). If that recruiter is also under candidate side(B22), then it should flow down to summary(B28) and sum the two percentages.

All of these functions are helpful because they can quickly summarize and calculate your data in a quick and concise manner.
