Props to anyone who can do this without the use of props (objects, technology, etc)

Ok, so for a human to understand an idea we need a brain. But the idea it self is not an object.

So i guess I'm asking if you can use ideas to prove the existence of an object...specifically your memories...i certainly haven't been able to come up with anything so i figured i'd ask you guys.

What do you mean by "prove?"
i know that anything above 80 proof severely impairs the validity of my own memories
