interesting , so we can't use objects to prove our memories yet are memories are of objects

our brain is of nutrients which are objects , biochemistry

Ok, so for a human to understand an idea we need a brain. But the idea it self is not an object.

So i guess I'm asking if you can use ideas to prove the existence of an object...specifically your memories...i certainly haven't been able to come up with anything so i figured i'd ask you guys.
