A man with 5 children and 2 wives goes insane after 10 weeks in a jail with 14 people. he goes to the nearby bridge to jump off, and when he hits the ground it takes him 13 seconds to die. What color was the bridge, and how many planks of wood were used to make it?

wooden bridges are usually quite old most are now made from steel and cement.
just thinking out loud here.

I would say it wasn't a low bridge, but a high bridge where it takes a free falling body 13 seconds to hit the ground (or water, or whatever).

The bridge was brown because it was made of wood.
It had three planks used in it.
