could someone help me solve this riddle please! The beginning of every end, The end of every place, The beginning of eternity, The end of time and space. this is for my daughter at school and i have no idea what it is please help

what's up with teachers asking riddles now? my teachers all did it and it was cool, BTW they loved torturing the students who they thought were stupid with riddles, very amusing to watch when the students solved every one
The only one I can remember, of this older style, is "Thirty white horses upon a red hill,
Gallop and gallop and then they stand still"
Shouldn't that be:
Thirty white horses on a red hill,
First they champ,
Then they stamp,
Then they stand still.
i've been grinding my teeth over that riddle for ages!
