My Google toolbar now appears as a completely blank strip across the top of the screen. I have also lost all the features that accompanied it, including a large list of bookmarks. Is there any way I can recover this ?

@artdba,

the easiest thing is probably just uninstall (remove program completely), then install it from scratch...

edit -- not sure how to recover bookmarks...

@artdba,
Congratulations. People pay good money to disable their google toolbar.

But seriously, what browser do you use? IE or Firefox? Chrome?

When you reinstall Google Toolbar, or even install it on a different computer, all you have to do is log in and there are your bookmarks.

I had the same thing happen to me, so I just deleted it from my programs, and re-downloaded. It now works fine.
