This was created while being plagued with writer's block. I posted it as a sort of inspiration to any one that is struggling with conceiving anything onto paper. If you have troubles use your block as an inspiration and go from there!
My mind is a void
I try to conceive
Words are dammed up
Unable to leave
I trick my intellect
Writing about my emptiness
The rewards I collect
Are words that are spontaneous
Unimaginable things arise from this
Midnight strolls and moving scores
Morning swims and dreams of bliss
Explorable worlds and untold lores
An empty mind is worth much
This nothing creates treasures untold
The lack is a helping crutch
So let your thougths release and on themselves
they will fold

Dear Darkshade,
I appreciate your words.Yet, I want to hear the gist from you directly.
K.VEE.SHANKER,
I wrote this in a moment when I was extremely blocked creatively. In order to break that block I wrote about the block and "tricked my intellect", which I decided was creating the block. In tricking it by writing about it I was able to become creative again and start writing again. I thought I would post this poem as an example to other people that are blocked that there are ways around that block, one way is to use the block as a portal to creativity. I hope that is clear. If it is not let me know and I will clarify.
Darkshade

Thank You Dark Shade.Your idea of using the block itself to step out is very Good.
I appreciate the fact that one can stimulate the mind by talking / explaining about the block. But, I think that the feeling of the expression should be positive and not negative as it might only strengthen the block.Am I correct?
I don't know if you have seen the movie Donnie Darko or not but in the movie there is a scene where Donnie explains to his disillusioned teacher that there is more to life than love and fear. There is a whole spectrum of emotions to deal with. I totally agree with that, as most would, especially that there is a whole spectrum of emotions to deal with. There are positive and negative emotions and infinite subcategories to each of those. All emotions need some sort of expression, even negative ones. I don't see an expression about a block or the block itself as negative rather that the block is there for a reason and is going to help me explore other expressions of emotions and aspects of life. There have been many great works that are expressions of the negative. I hope I adressed the issue. If I miss underdstood what you were saying, please, let me know, and if I am not making sense say so in order that I can clarify.
Thank you DarkShade. Now,I do understand that we need not despise or fear about negative feelings. They also contribute to your understanding about Life.If one is stuck up with one or feelings only then it distorts the perception.
