I'm somewhat worried (that's a big fat lie, really). It does say 'per capita', so for everyone who is too young to drink, or doesn't drink or has been told to stop by their doctor (yeah, right) - that means that the rest of us have to make up the balance!
Hey you, you teetotaller bastard! I've got your damn drinking problem!! I'd stop to harange you but I'm 4 litres behind!
My God! If thats the average then ALL of my neighbours must be teetotallers!!
Intrestin' statistics... but what's not to like about beer?
That's alright D, I can cover for one more. Only works out to an extra shot each day.
Ah, volunteers. What ever would we do without them?
Northern Territory.
VERY big drinkers.
They're not a state because the population isn't big enough yet.
Ah, hence the 'territory' part? Why such heavy drinkers? Nothing to do?
Exactly. Only place to go is the pub. It's tropical too which adds to it, and the demographics are an issue.
NT, is HOT.
Can't stand beer myself.
Everyone's all bunched up at the coastline? What's the job pool like?
The unemployment rate in NT is about 0.5% higher than the national average.
Big shortage of skilled workers. Especially in things like trades and engineers. The company I work for is experiencing record low numbers of people applying for engineering cadetships.
I dont like beer either - makes me full, makes me pee, and gives me a hangover !!
Now I know why Vics are such a pain in the arse.
