An analogous approach to emit backwards

There was a message passed on to all the secret services agencies.It supposedly contain such information that those who had it could dominate every other agency.The key was such that the first and the last digits were the same and was a 7 digit number. The CIA won the bargain and was supposed to get the key to decrypt the message.But they never heard from their agent who went to make the deal.Instead they intercepted the following message sent to the KGB :


05:05:15 pm Followed subject from town hall. Subject is 5’10”.Caucasian,wearing white suite..Subject catches cab.Goes to railway station.Catches train to paris.

Subject gets down at paris station.has changed clothes. Now in black raincoat.get on a bus.
06:00:00 am
Gets down at hotel.Subject has taken room 521. I check into 530.
09:15:30 am
Target enters subject’s room. I wait 10 minutes and then go in.
05:05:15 pm
Target and subject taken care of. Procured key from target. Reached station. Cannot communicate further. Am being tailed. All information is there in this message.
