What's the name of this alien movie?

I remember it was about a boy who found a baby alien, he sort of looked like ET. They found his entire family too and they had to get them back home, or maybe it was keep the away from the police.

I remember they would wear clothes, and during the ending they were wearing clothes and probably in a court room or church.
