Ok....I thought I was pretty computer literate, but finding that I'm stumped here. I have taken a picture of me... from my webcam and can't seem to get it small enough. I was wanting to use it for my avatar on here. I have half sized it, but find that when I try to load it on here, it comes up as the same size of the original pic? How do I change it???

If you have the standard MS package, you should have MS Photoeditor.
If you open your image there, you can crop and resize it until it fits the A2K avatar requirements.
