Has anyone experienced their "Favourites" list disappearing? I had been able to "Add to Favourites" okay, but then when I went to check what was in the list, the whole section was blank.... i.e. EMPTY.
I've decided I need to ask an expert if they know why that has happened and if they know how to rectify the problem.

What version of Windows are you using and what version of Internet Explorer?

Vista and probably IE 8 but not sure. I will find out tomorrow. You see, on a voluntary basis I help seniors to use their computers and I see this senior lady once a week. When she first bought her laptop everything seemed "normal" but the last time, when I went to save a web page to her "Favourites" I noticed the area was quite empty. Then I tried to save some sites the usual way, but the area remained empty. My natural instinct then is to ask A2K for help. :-)
