Free File Extension Downloads?

I need to get a free program which will enable me to view a video with .RAR file extension. Anyone know where I can get it? Some of these "free programs" are thinly veiled ads for spyware removal, cleaning registries, etc. , all of which I have.

A rar file is a compressed archive. The video is inside that. You need to extract the video file from the rar archive. You can buy WinRAR, the offical application for this, or else type "free rar extractor" into Google or else use thise one here
