yup. Thats what we got goin on. We are reliving the entire DDT scenario.
If you recall, in the 1950's the use of DDT rapidly created mosquitoes that were resistant, then immune, and then they actually thrived on DDT.
Still people want to use it and start another malaria outbreak in places where its now stable. The issue today is integrated pest management, some pesticides with crop cycles and use of wasps or other means like tilapia farms.
