Return to Florida to Plea Bargin

My Daughter who is 20 is in Kentucky and recently moved there from Plant City Florida. She confessed to me by phone last month that she has two out standing warrents in plant City for writing two checks for $499.90 apiece why the odd amount is revelent i have not a clue. But she called Florida and they told her that if she shows up there that she would just get probation,i told her she would probably get 1-5 years. She has been arrested as far as i know only twice and one she was let go and the other was time served for pot. Who is right her or i?
