Yes, we're having pulled pork for dinner and we are leaving Saturday!!! Might come back in September, but it's doubtful.

I'm making North Carolina pulled pork and it's in the oven as we speak. Been there for 4 hours, should be ready in a few more.

speaking of pulled pork, it appears some nasty horn worms art lady Dianes pepper plants, all of her Big Jim peppers are eaten down to the stem. I suppose I need to get out the shotgun. Uruguay produces some really good red wines, so I hear.

There are 3000 species of mosquitoes in Canada and this summer I think I've been bitten by them all.

Chardonnay goes well with just about everything.

this bad boy chomped on my neighbours pepper plant (i'm looking after their garden while they're away), yesterday full plant, this afternoon half gone

That fellow came up to Canada to visit you after getting my last year's tomatoes..
I'd heard of hornworms, well, seen them, as a friend in Sacramento was showing me her yard, her tomatoes, and picked off a hornworm. But I'd never had any in my yard myself until here in Abq last year. Gadzooks!
