Has anyone ever had the pleasure of having tech support use Gotoassist and remotely take control of their computer?
Today, I had audible.com's tech support possess my computer by the remote control program Gotoassist.
It's the second or third time, I have used this facilitor program to help the tech support solve my computer problems. The other time was when Dell had checked out my DVD drive via remote and then had a tech agent come out to replace my defective DVD drive with a new one because it was still under warranty.
Is this something you have personally used to help diagnose computer problems with family member's computer's or a fellow coworker's computers? Etc...?
Robert? Are you experienced with this remote access program?
