In what context are you referring to
gra gra? A third context? Or one of the above?
Is criminal intent necessarily a concious choice ?
I have wondered if most , who commit crimes, are acting on unconcious factors and beliefs. Or acting from a miss guided sense of selfishness.
It appears that concious criminal intent is the exception, rather than the rule.
Doesn't the very idea of rehabilitation need to be founded on this basis?
