They don't have it. And it's a bit specific of a script and I know that it's not available on most script directories (I know just about every script on those directories off the top of my head as they were instrumental in my learning).

The most similar copy and paste script out there is one that redirects based on whether a visitor has been to the site before.

But that's still not close.
