Last night we met
And I dream of you yet
With the wind and the rain in your hair

I held you tight
And you whispered "good night"
With the wind and the rain in your hair

Now it will be my favorite memory
That vision of you standing there

Oh, there in the mist
How you sighed when we kissed
With the wind and the rain in your hair

Now it will be my favorite memory
That vision of you standing there

Mm, there in the mist
How you sighed when we kissed
With the wind and the rain in your hair

I'm not really listening to that song. Just thought it would be appropriate Smile

You wouldn't want me to play Pat --outta tune--Boone would you, Joe?

I don't even know the tune, just remembered those lyrics. When my husband gets back, he'll probably play some Oscar Peterson..that guy is still with us. Saw today that he's 79 and still jazzin'

I don't know why, girl
You keep coming around
I don't know when
And I don't know how
But a gust of wind coming
It come knocking on my door
Just to make me feel special
Feel . . .

Summertime came and
Heated you up
Drinking your honey
From an old paper cup
Dress for your Sundays
And a dog for your fix
My tongue on your teeth but
Your mouth can't fix

Just a gust of wind coming
Come knocking on my door
Just to make me feel special
Feel . . .
Feel . . .
Feel . . .

After reading the biography, it doesn't seem an inflammatory name at all.

I'm listening to Sunday Morning by The Velvet Underground..

Some awful damn song about 'Satellite' and 'Harry, Mark and John.' It is so damn awful. Yet it's in the middle of what's been a decent list, so I'm hanging on to see what's next.
