WCLK-Clark Atlanta U campus station. New Jazz, old jazz, fusion. It used to be straight jazz but it's evolving, which is cool. So far. I first heard this station on a visit to Atlanta almost eleven years ago, before deciding to move. It was included on the plus side of the list.

I'm listening to to the radio, waiting for the west coast debut of Air America which is in a few minutes. Spanish speaking DJ's saying goodbye to their audience while we count down. "Momento Historico, gracias, vamos estar".
me too bill...and it's hilarious
hilarious and factual at the same time - wow, what a concept! (btw, it's all your fault

Was listening to Goldberg Variations, Four Duets - Johann Sebastian Bach
I dunno, some classical crap which is entirely too cheerful and sunny for my current dispostion . . . damned public radio . . .
Willis Alan Ramsey
Yeah, I know. He wrote Muskrat Love, but when he sings it it's lovely. In fact the whole album is excellent
I've been listening steadily to my Maroon 5 CD I got this past weekend. The songs I repeat most often are 'This Love', 'Harder to Breath' and 'Shiver'.
Maroon 5's This Love is playing every hour on the hour. It's a well crafted song and really catchy. Unfortunately, the radio industry has strangled the supply of new artists and music so much that when something good comes along they play it to death. My solution: MP3's. At work and on the road, I'm my own DJ and it's a lot of fun programming 160 songs. Here's some tips: <make a mellow cd by downloading some Natural Sounds like ocean surf and jungle rainfall, they're all over the internet. Combine them with your favorite relaxing tunes.
Make an upbeat CD or a mixed CD. I carry five around. A total of 40 hours of listening, and it never gets repetitive.
