Older gent. Fabulous. Nancy Wilson credits HIM as her main vocal influence.

Now I'm listening to Sade's "Sweet as Cherry Pie."

paulaj, Aimee Mann has been solo for quite a few years. Her stuff is great. My favorite is Bachelor No. 2 and I'm listening to it right now.

Traffic. Not the band, but actual traffic outside my window. What beautiful music.

Sometimes I dream - Mario Frangoulis

You should hear this guy when he sings in Italian.

O, dolci baci, o languide carezze,

It sounds soooooo gooooood........

Anton Bruckner's Prelude in A minor.

Then, it's on to the Bee Gees.

Quick question cause I can't be bothered to find the baseball thread...I read Stone was criticizing Dusty...was he being personal, or was Dusty screwing up?

All Stoney ever does is point out the obvious. Aramis has had a wicked groin injury for the past month, and a few weeks ago Baker pinch ran for him, which is understandable. What isn't understandable is to leave Jose Macias, an outfielder, at third where he promptly throws a ball into the dugout. Stoney also dislikes Dusty's practice of leaving Starters in way too long.

But all Stoney ever says is what every sane Cubs fan is thinking.
