Iron-man to become a reality?

One of those clay mock ups looks a lot like Master Chief, Microsoft is going to sue them out of existence

I have seen this before and think it would be a great thing for many applications not just soldiers. I can see this being used on docks, warehouses, logging all sorts of things. I really hope that this bares some fruit at some point.
