Riddle for me? Can't seem to answer-HELP

Hello Peeps! Trying to solve this somewhat simple, I guess-LOL!!! riddle.
Ok, here it is:

On a tilted globe you'll find I get sunshine most of the time. Constellations you can see, give names to my boundries.
What am I?
