FOXNews.com - What Recession? First Quarter GDP Shows Modest But Better-Than-Expected Growth - Local News | News Articles | National News | US News

A Recession is literally defined at negative economic growth in two consecutive quarters. While US economic growth is alarmingly low, growth is still occurring and theres no actual recession.

You know it's kinda funny how the left accuse the GOP of playing on people fears, they were saying the economy was bad when we were clearly in a bull market two years ago. Now they say we're in a recession and factually we are not.

@Silverchild79,
evertyhing costs more.
people aren't getting raises.

employers are effectively creating a recession by not paying staff more.

but, if they did, then we'd have super inflation, and everything would still cost me, so it's a vicious circle.
