I think we should cut them all off. Funny when the hand that feeds you leaves we tend to try and feed ourselves.

I'd agree, but there people that genuinely need help. The problem is seperating the leeches from that group. Of course with Bush pushing hard on his amnesty bill, you can bet if it goes through we are going to see a near total collapse of quite a few social programs, so bottoms up to the leeches in society, you're digging your own grave.

@Drnaline,
This is simply more spending not authorized by the constitution, but is being wasted anyways.

It doesn't matter whether or not they really need help.

It's not authorized by the constitution, and it's not my responsibility, nor anyone else's, to feed the poor.

Except for parents of poor children, of course. If they're poor, that sucks ass, but it's still not my, nor anyone else's responsibility.

And yet week after week, we pay out a nice chuck of our wages to the federal government to be used in programs we shouldn't have to be supporting, sweet huh? Oh, but wait, there's a candidate that wants to change all that? And what does the American public do? They shun him, and label him "unelectable", even some of those that claim support, ******* sad state of affairs we got here.

Ron Paul? He is unelectable.

The entire culture's dead, been dead for years, and we're becoming more like every other nation out there, and less like what a nation should be.

Ron Paul is offering freedom to the American people, but they don't want freedom. You know this.

The people want freedom, they are just too dumbed down to realize that it is being offered. Of course, yours is the kind of support that I am talking about, which is, no support at all.

I'm plenty of support. I would kill to have me on my side.

And no, they don't want freedom. They want comfort.

That's why guns will be gone before long.

That's why people are forced to pay bullshit government programs.

That's why thought crimes and speech crimes are being invented.

That's why "human rights" that happen to take away freedom is being invented.

That's why things that shouldn't be illegal, are illegal.
